Process

Four phases, transparent timing, no surprises.

Most projects sit comfortably in this 4-phase rhythm. I tell you what I'm doing on day 1, what to expect on day 7, and what you'll have on day 21. Reviews are async via Loom and Figma so the time zone becomes a feature.

01Day 1 — 2

Read the site

Topography, sun, water, sightlines, prevailing winds. The land tells you where the magic wants to be. I review every photo, drawing and document you have, then send back a one-page brief with the questions still open.

02Day 3 — 10

Concept

Two design directions at concept level so you can react. Floor plans, key sections, mood images, material direction. We pick one. The rest of the project becomes a controlled refinement of that choice.

03Day 11 — 21

Develop

Dimensioned plans, elevations, sections. Material schedule. Door and window specs. 3D renderings of the agreed views. This is where the project becomes buildable.

04Final week

Deliver

Clean PDF set ready for permit, contractor or print. DWG / RVT files for whoever picks up next. One revision round after you sit with it and decide what to push further.

How we communicate

You wake up to fresh progress every morning.

I work in CET. Most of my clients are in the US or Australia, so I lean into the asynchronous time-zone advantage on purpose: detailed updates by Loom video at the end of my day, ready for you when your day starts.

For live calls we coordinate around your morning (my afternoon). Figma is shared so you can comment in-place on plans and renderings whenever it suits you.
